Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join us at Nyble. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new clients for our bespoke application development services. Your primary focus will be on selling our software solutions to businesses across various industries.

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, social media platforms, and industry-specific forums.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of potential clients, and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.
  • Engage with prospective clients, deliver compelling product presentations, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our software development services.
  • Collaborate with our software development team to gather the necessary technical information and specifications to create accurate project proposals and quotes.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions, addressing client concerns, objections, and any contractual or pricing matters.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our services.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our services and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue forecasts to the management team.
  • Continuously improve sales strategies and techniques, staying updated with sales best practices and incorporating feedback received from clients and colleagues.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales collaterals, and campaigns to support lead generation and conversion efforts.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the software development or IT services industry.
  • Good understanding of software development concepts, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to deliver persuasive and engaging presentations.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual with a strong drive for results and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and trustworthiness.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools to effectively track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
